SearchMe.Com: Cascading Results Search

Viewable iTunes-like Search Results

If you get a chance, give the new search engine SearchMe.Com a try.  SearchMe.Com displays your website, image, and video results in the same way iTunes displays its music  results.  Its a great way to see where what you are looking for without having to do the usual back and forth clicking that you normally encounter on regular search.

What I like the most is that I can click on a page even though its not the next one and it will pull it to the front.  If you are looking for WordPress themes or images particularly,  the view is wonderful.  Go there, switch to Images and then type "sun set" in the search bar as an example preview of what I mean.  Even though they are still in Beta stages, its a nice improvement to regular search.  I hope they include a link to submit a website to them for indexing soon.  Of course, even with that pending, I like it even more because it has a color scheme similar to my blog, but that’s just me.

I am sure Google will be looking at this and finding someway of incorporating it into their search methods or better yet, maybe they’ll just buy SearchMe.Com as they’ve done with a lot of other outfits.

Temas (themes) para su sitio Web

Si ha creado su propio blog es probable que tambien esta en busca de un tema para poner un rostro a ella. Sé que hay un montón de temas libres, pero los que he encontrado en Xero Blog son bastante agradable porque tienen unos en estilo grunge que algunas personas han estado buscando con dificultad. Tiene un aspecto oxidado en algunas de ellas pero creo que Leonardo se lo pone mejor:

Los diseños con estilo Grunge están ganando popularidad entre los diseñadores, esto se está convirtiendo en una tendencia en el diseño web y en themes de wordpress. En este momento no hay muchos temas gratis wordpress con estilo grungy, pero con la popularidad del diseño puede que haya más en un futuro próximo. Los estilo grunge generalmente contiene diseños sucios, rudos, irregulares, desagradables, devastada por elementos visuales que le hacen ver diferentes y únicos. 

Yo sé que ustedes pueden encontrar temas (themes) en casi cualquier lugar o sitio web, pero mucho de lo que se encuentra a veces es básica y no vale la pena cargarlo en su blog. Estas parecen ser lo suficientemente para poner algunos de ellos en su blog y a su conveniencia.  Y si no, está bien, estoy seguro de que voy a encontrar otras fuentes de temas nuevas por el camino.
