Some of you have been asking lately what RSS feeds. RSS simply stands for Really Simple Syndication. If you’ve noticed in your car lately, sometimes you are driving along and when you turn on a radio station you see a scroll of text going across may be showing you the name of the song or information about the station, this is RSS in your car. Now, as it applies to the Internet RSS is a way that you can transmit to any visitor you may have two your website or your blog your regular updates. For example, let’s say that you update your blog or website daily and your visitors like what you write about. Well RSS feeds allow you to send automatically these updates (in the form of new posts or new information on your website) to your readers.
Nowadays, you can have your homepage or custom page at Google or my Google as its called customized in a way that delivers news, weather, sports horoscopes, time clocks or anything else you can imagine to screen. Would you are basically seen is the delivery of those feeds through what are called plug-ins. These plug-ins are at the hallmark of Web 2.0. The original Web design model was one way or content, formatting, etc. was all jumbled together. Now, with Web 2.0 powerful tools like these plug-ins allow you to deliver a lot of information to a main page from various different sources. An example of this is Laberinto Social, our blog brings you information from various sources by the use of these plug-ins. You can incorporate these plug-ins into your website or blog too.
The scope and scale to which you can do that may be beyond this post entry, but you can see that plug-ins, Web 2.0, and RSS feeds are making for a whole new experience on the web. You can read a little more on plug-ins by visiting the plug-ins post.

Okay, space you never heard of Feed Burner should give it a try. Space Feed Burner allows you to send your blog entries to your subscribers on a regular basis automatically. Space you can sign up for Feed Burner for free and activate most of its features. Space one of the best things going for Feed Burner is at it allows you to view the number of subscribers that you have, space the amount of live hits that you receive and statistical data on the types of visitors you have on your site. Space but my favorite advantage is that you can incorporate Feed Burner in two your Google ads and accounts and display your Google ad sense advertisements inside the Feed Burner feeds.
Once inside Feed Burner you can flip through its five different tabs it has the analyze tab, the publicize tab, the monetize tab, the optimize tab, and the troubleshootize tab. Of course by now you know that on the analyze tab you can check the stats as I indicated. But on the optimize tab you can activate things like SmartCard, SmartFeed, and FeedFlare. FeedFlare is what allows you to distribute the AdSense adds into your posts and put her little more flare into your feeds. The publicize tab has items like the headline animator and the buzz boost feature which is kind of cool too. The next tab, the monetize tab is where you can configure your AdSense content and choose the type and size of banner that you wish to use. I highly recommend you look into this feature. And finally the troubleshootize tab. This tab will help you fix any problems you may have with Feed Burner. It can help you ping your website or blog so that Feed Burner is communicating with it properly. It can also help you troubleshoot timeouts between the server that hosts your original feed and Feed Burner.
If you haven’t put the pieces together yet, you will find that if your blog or website has a large number of subscribers you can place your AdSense adds into the feeds or use Bidvertiser and monetize the feeds as you would your blog or your website. If you are not familiar with RSS feeds, I suggest you read the article I wrote on RSS feeds first or as supporting information for this post. You can visit Feed Burner by going to their website here. Enjoy.

If you are new to blogging or have your own website you can monetize your site by adding tools like Bidvertiser to your site.
Bidvertiser allows you to place contextual ads on your site and monetize from visitor clicks and purchases. Although it is very similar to Google Adsense Bidvertiser is a new player in the market and it is an alternative to Google Adsense. On Google Adsense you are limited to three AdSense banners on your webpage and this you should respect because otherwise Google will remove you from their accounts permanently.

However, you may still use Bidvertiser with its banner ads or you may use it on your RSS feeds as text display advertising. Since these ads are being delivered to your RSS feeds and not to your main page, it gives you one more place to advertise that google is presently not advertising in.
If you want to look into Bidvertiser you can do so by visiting them at the button below.
Or, if you want to advertise your business, website or blog on their system, you can do so by clicking this button instead.
I hope you find Bidvertiser userful and productive for whatever your needs are.
